This guy has a ton of integrity.

As a former Realtor, I can confirm that yes 80% of real estate agents are not that awesome at what they do and don't operate with a high level of integrity. 

Figure if I stick to my principles and maintain my integrity/provide customer service and select the right areas for units I'll do ok.  

I do have the confidence that I can get all the software to integrate and automate most of the processes and if I'm able to identify good reliable cleaners and handymen, I will make more money and have my own team. 

I recently signed up for rentredi to test it and found they don't really have an accounting solution integrated into the software if that is something you need. 

I would recommend PODIO; it was easy when we first started integrating apps and organizing it.

We've built integrations across dropbox, box, Gsuite, Outlook, etc. to bring all of that data in and give teams the ability to search and ask questions over their doc.

Really nice, and I like the hospitable booking integrations.

It doesn't sound like this will be a popular answer, but I don't see anything wrong with it.To me, this is about honesty, integrity, and your ability to build relationships.

Are we fair with each other, do we maintain our integrity, do we pay our taxes, are we taking advantage of poor people or bad situations (different than arbitrage) in which all parties can benifit from equally.
