the state payroll and sales tax is your weak link you can bounce back from the others.. but those are not discharable in BK.. they stick with you.. this is water under the bridge but it would have been better to pay the tax's you owed and BK the rest. and then start over.. be careful.. those are serious debts.

I think it's a mistake to ignore or dimiss those tenants that are chronic complainers and those that are constantly thoughtless and/or worse rude to neighbors (garnering a steady stream of complaints) as not a landlord problem.

And you'll make more money than most by being early.I agree that Colombia is a great place to invest for many reasons but I don't think the weak currency is one of those though.
