Depends on your operating agreement.Anyone who's able to put half to three quarters of a million into a deal isn't going to be satisfied with single digit interest rates.This seems like a weak deal in the best of times.

This shows that at some point it was a chronic enough problem from that person that the previous landlord filed to leverage the courts against them to get them to do what they should have already done from the get go which is pay their rent.

the state payroll and sales tax is your weak link you can bounce back from the others.. but those are not discharable in BK.. they stick with you.. this is water under the bridge but it would have been better to pay the tax's you owed and BK the rest. and then start over.. be careful.. those are serious debts.

It’s possible, but You’ll need to find a bank willing to take a weak 3rd position though and you’ll be sure to pay for that via higher rate.

When her unexpected new boyfriend moved in, didn't pay rent, used her money so she became even more chronically late than usual, invited his friends over to repair cars in the driveway, and smoked in the apartment - all violations of the lease - I regretted letting myself get into this situation.If at all possible put a firewall between you and prospective tenants with a property management company.

I think it's a mistake to ignore or dimiss those tenants that are chronic complainers and those that are constantly thoughtless and/or worse rude to neighbors (garnering a steady stream of complaints) as not a landlord problem.
