Enough of the set up lets get to the tips.Many days where I wished i had chosen an easier floor choice like peel and stick vinyl.

The sales person called me back and said that John was bothered by my addendum and had chosen not to work with me. 

For I know a lot of Bay Area investors that have made millions in equity with a few well chosen properties.The other aspect of appreciation, is that it generally comes with higher cash flow too.

So I just received this message from a title company on some land that I will be purchasing with a title company (chosen by the seller to make them feel more comfortable) in a few days:"Just to let you know, we do not search or insure mineral rights.We can add verbiage to the deed-as an accommodation only."

Eventually, I was "chosen" to make an offer on a 25 unit complex.

Another reason is you have better things to do with your time and can make money at your chosen profession.
