In February, I relocated to Memphis to handle a large rehab project of a class C apartment complex.I have only been in Memphis since February, so I don't have a lifetime of experience with the city, but I'm building some experience with Class C units.One of the biggest differences from Class C units in San Diego has been the poor quality of applicants, bankruptcies, felonies, evictions etc.I'm happy to share my experiences.Erik
