We added a second kitchen in the basement, a few cosmetic items, new landscaping, central a/c, new electrical panel to accommodate the extra kitchen, and ran additional laundry upstairs.What was the outcome?

I travel most weeks for work in a normal year, so this was a nights and weekends project, but I'm proud to say I did 99% of the work myself, with the exception of the new electrical panel and a couple other specialty projects.

My father built panels and then assembled a garage with assistance.  

The house has refinished hard wood, new carpet, new baths, refinished cabinets, new appliances, new paint, new 6 panel doors, new lights, fixtures, door handles etc.

We did upgrade to a breaker panel.

Thats a great Idea (Solar), I have been looking into this, but everyone wants me to BUY the solar panels + converter, but never heard of a solar farm that would be interested in renting my space for that purpose.

Pay off property asap.Rehab:  kitchen, electrical panel, Front stoops, level floor, misc items.

(FWIW, the house is not in a high-end or even good neighborhood by any stretch of the imagination.)Specifically, they are taking issue with the T1-11 plywood siding panels that I'm calling out for use around the sides and back of the house.

It may be very expensiveElectric: does each unit have a sub panel?

I found were the previous person cut all the circuit wires behind the breakers in the panel, no value though.
