Add to that, most issues with fires tend to occur with those houses surround by forests, spread far apart making access to property more ownerous on fire departments.Personally, I don't like new developments that I can afford to live in because they are too cramped, but mostly because they are just plain uninteresting.

Andrew, if you're going to pursue wholesaling in this manner.....coming on a forum and plainly asking people what kind of lies and excuses you can give to "string along a seller" you have under a contract whom you made think you are buying their property for cash.....go ahead and give up your license now.

As a disclosure, I sat for the exam to enhance my investment opportunities and knowledge, and to reach out to more investors along the way (I am hoping therefore no licensed real estate here really wants to put others under the bus - That will be just plain wrong though and against the spirit of agents vs. investors collaboration BP is trying to establish!)

Just like those that work other parts of wholesaling and flipping that work it very hard and smart make money.Then it just sometimes plain luck... make the right deal that affords you to keep going and things just keep aligning..
