Lots of industries need to do observations for maintenance, contaminated areas, tower inspections, oil & gas, marine uses, security areas, the list is endless, large companies will have their own but small ones or contractors that have limited uses may rent or hire an operator.

But thats just my opinion I have never been in their shoes just observed.

I also like Watauga a lot, so the area is good in my opinion.The only other observation is that there is zero reason to buy in a flood zone in DFW.
