You want me to believe day 2000 the property is in same condition as day 1.What abount those Dinky Condos like Spring Oaks. 

In my case, selling a $250k home in Oak Cliff will take months.

At some point you may even receive a highest & best document from the listings agent, but I would be willing to bet that most of the time this will be a bluff.

There are always interesting people moving here because of the university, the hospitals, the lab and nuclear facilities in Oak Ridge, a Scripts TV network, etc.
