In my case I interviewed at C21 Broker and a Keller-Williams broker. the C21 broker takes a bigger cut of the commissions but doesn't charge office fees and has some pretty nice programs to help get started.

If you want it to be a Career, Keller Williams is the best.

NetworkResearch would entail reading more about RE investing (BP bookstore is great and I also recommend Gary Keller's Millionaire RE investor).

Hopefully she plans on working with Keller Williams, so I'd like to try and form a relationship in some way, but am not sure what incentive I could offer them that would motivate them to share MLS access with me.

I'm looking at possible SFR properties - Tarrant county/Keller ISD, the range is about $101-110/sq.ft.

I would suggest also talk to Keller realty firms.
