I will be honest that in retrospect I wish I kept more detailed records of work we did- I/we would generally travel for 3-7 day stretches doing anywhere from 6-12 hours of work daily but mostly only logged what activities I worked on w/ each trip and not the hours specifically.

not sure how you think this is men against women thing plenty of women in the space I fund a many women owned flipping companys and women are on the job doing physical work.one of my loggers back in the day his sister ran the log loader.. talk about a mans world you don't see very many female loggers.. but that did not keep us or them from being super high producing logging company they flat got the wood out.. man women does not matter the point is remote rehab is risky.. anyone who says that it just takes putting a team together and your all going to walk off into the sunset well I don't agree at all with that.. personally.. good luck

Listening to ppl talk about RE, job transfer, school, housewife preferences.....trendsZone into your target area: once you identify your area, you research it so that you know what is a good deal (price, location, even history)keep a data log in your head or on paper, so if you see a listing pop up you can get a feel on whether is the deal is solid or not... then you can call your agent to let you in... do COMPS and stuff (but you should be able to "know" the numbers by then, it's more of a confirmation)hope that helps
