I moved to Louisville in 2009 and some of the areas that were very blighted at the time (NuLu, Old Louisville, Downtown) have completely transformed from where they were 6 years ago.  

Woodstock has been hot for awhile now.Vancouver is going through a transformation and the entire downtown is about to get a new waterfront district.

I do sincerely hope that my experiences and my plan can spark some ideas for all of you to plan your steps towards taking the leap.

The same can be said of a market like Sparks near Reno that has jumped because of tens of thousands of Tesla employees that get the job first, sell their over-priced CA home, jump on Sparks real estate, and the market inflates.
