While he happens to be one of those multi-millionaire Ivory Tower liberals that I can't help but be a bit jealous of (and ironically, he made his millions by starting a FC services company circa 2006), I had to disagree with him, and also with you Bryan.Getting rid of or at least significantly overhauling Fannie/Freddie had to be done.

Also, not letting the grass get too tall before you cut it helps because the bottoms of the blades are usually lighter in color than the top.Adding iron to the yard is specific to increase green-ness and has little other value.

Thankfully, in Atlanta, it's just one year period.Also, good point about the interest...i didn't figure in that they may redeem too early to get the full interest percentage.Kind of ironic you got more killer deals when you had less capital.
