For now, I am sticking to other cities I know better.Recent press has noted some downsizing of that base, so it could be a good time to buy if military families are moving out, some good deals may follow.  

Hopefully the story will give them enough bad press that they have to close their doors and do something legit.

This will probably get a lot of press but seems to me a low likelihood of a successful lawsuit.  

If you go for a week and spend one day looking at properties, you're going to be hard pressed to deduct more than the direct expenses from the property searching.OTOH, if you go for a week and spend eight hours a day looking at properties, even if its only for five of those days, you can probably deduct nearly everything.In between is where things get shaky.

When the real campaigning starts and dems are pressed on their votes, they're in trouble and they know it.

Be who you are, be neat and clean, pressed clothes, your shirt shouldn't look like you pulled it out of a dirty clothes pile.

If that's the case, you'll be hard pressed to buy something that is renovated off the MLS for less.
