I noticed a couple other threads floating around about this but not with much info.

Adjust the float so it keeps the water several inches from the floor.

If you get my drift.. ha!

Apparently, the fact that I had a 3k balance (still making min. payments though) floating on a 0% credit card, which had a 5k limit on it, was causing my score to dip slightly.

You see my drift here??

I haven't bought properties as of yet from any of them but I am definitely open if they can float something my way that looks good.Right now I'm focused on a wholetail type of niche and doing the driving for dollars with direct mail to those found leads. 

Just always a risk not knowing how long I’ll have to float those vacancies.Really wasn’t expecting any of this and kind of blindsided today, expecting to close around April 13th.

From Etsy and Ebay I bought some old gears, a large socket, pressure gauge, and other old industrial stuff that I will place on walls and on floating shelves, in addition to the types of prints I mentioned above.
