Well to begin with, I hope you have access to funds - as in almost all cases, there will be some type of currency exchanged to take title.

The allure is really the bars so the comment about parties is accurate - but there are already so many properties that cater to bachelor/ette groups... paired with the fact that big events like Barrett Jackson and the Phoenix Open are going to look a lot different in 2021, I just don't know. 

I also think that having reserves in a depreciating currency long term isn’t that smart play so I would maybe even hold reserves in something like gold and silver so you hedge your reserves against inflation.

The biggest collapse in the world will be when the world reserve currency fails, which is currently the USD.

I have reserves in both currencies. 6 months in AUD, a little bit more in USD. 

Borrow money until we no longer can, enter hyperinflation, pay the debt back in full, and finally, create a new currency.
