Maybe even try one with a gold (shiny or worn) frame (don't be afraid to mix metals!).

Scrap metal sales also can go back to guy who carries it to the junk yard.

Slightly off topic but if you replace the supply lines of your toilets do not forget to use the braided metal lines on the Clothes Washers.  

quality of well water is extremely important. need to sample not only for potable criteria but the full range of regulated substances. naturally-occuring metals such as arsenic can be very expensive to treat. 

I still don't understand what classes you think are required to take a broker exam, if you have already met all of the requirements to be allowed to take the brokers exam.  

I'd be interested in even getting a better roof (i.e. metal) if I didn't have to pay for all of it at once.  

Unless they have a police report, they dont have a legal standing to terminate the lease based on concern for bodily harm...... but its not worth the fight to contend that claimIf the current tenants dont want to let you find a new tenant, they can either find one that meets all your criteria and screening (while covering the full rent until that happens) or assume the full rent between fewer of them long term.
