Its just at what level are you comfortable with is the question.I have to tell you, iIts tough going from being a "wage earner" to a full time serious investor, especially when you have been the bread winner for so long and you have been conditioned to depend on that steady paycheck with benefits.

Plenty get paid or pulled before the sale...so I don't want to show up at the wrong county....Depending on the property and what it is I may drive by again the morning of the sale to make sure it is still there or I haven't missed anything...that I have the right property, etc....Then hope and pray about 30 minutes before the sale, that my competition has overslept, on vacation, at another county buying a piece of junk, or is out of money...and that I will be the winner that day.I'm sure there are a few steps missing, but that's the basics.
