Can you accept rent payment electronically?

If a PM asked me to make a check out to them I would think it is pretty shady.Note: My plan is to set up electronic rent payments through rentpayment.com so I think this should allow me to remain anonymous from that perspective.Thanks in advance!

It would also be great to do electronic leases. simplifyem.com charges $9.95 per month for up to 10 properties.

In order to streamline your process and manage you may want to look into web sites that offer tenant screening, rental application, electronic lease and rent collection.

Rentalutions has other electronic options, including the option to pay rent with Bitcoin which clear much faster than an ACH payment.

They did not have the documents in electronic format so I did negotiate the price of the property and the contract (typically each state will note this in a standard contract) that the seller must provide documents to you within so many days and then you have so many days to review.

Y0u can certainly email the electronic  PDF version 0f the lease but I w0uld have him fedex back the signed version with checks (0r send electronic  payment but it must clear bef0re keys). 

Try searching the forums, there is a lot of info out there.You need to think about whether you want to do it electronically or old school.
