They did not have the documents in electronic format so I did negotiate the price of the property and the contract (typically each state will note this in a standard contract) that the seller must provide documents to you within so many days and then you have so many days to review.

Y0u can certainly email the electronic PDF version 0f the lease but I w0uld have him fedex back the signed version with checks (0r send electronic payment but it must clear bef0re keys).
