Getting rid of the parachute before you jump is best executed in books written by people who make the bulk of their income from the speaking tours about real estate investing, not from real estate itself.

With the baby due soon, I'm done until the end of the year; hopefully I'll be playing a charity event in Vegas in December and then will try to play a couple of the east coast World Poker Tour events early next year, but otherwise, I'll be taking some time off.

Essentially if like to set up a day to possibly meet and tour around some potential properties/areas to get a firm grasp on what we may be getting into.

Does anybody know of a company who sets up property tours in Puerto Rico for investors?

@Kathy L.i live down in Seal Beach, Southern Ca and have invested in Memphis rentals using realtor and prop mgt comboi take a video tour of the property, do an inspection and calculate maintenance costs to bring it up to rental stageIn some we bought leased properties and inherited tenants. 

We have 3D tours and videos and it gets numerous hits and saves on zillow daily, but still no showings.  

In addition, I go to conferences/meetups, host an MF mastermind group, talk to brokers, talk to other investors, talk to attorneys/banks/PMs daily, go on property tours, listen to podcasts, read BP posts and more.
