I always consider clients from multiple angles: Will they pay promptly, or ask for free work constantly?

Promptly discovered that R2 is a single detached house zone and tried to back out of the deal.  

I get the feeling that its inevitable that I would be fielding phone calls and emails throughout the day and could hold up the project without prompt attention and response.

My future business partners live near there but this also prompted me to start this account so I can get some additional insight on that brand new market, having a business partner and having an STR.
