You need to look beyond at Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Lake Mary, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Clermont, Minneola, Davenport, Kissimmee, Windermere, and more. 

Efforts could include new, efficient, appliances and mechanicals, improved insulation and weatherization, benchmarking utility usage, renewable energy, backyard garden space, bike parking, proximity to public transit, good walk scores... you name it!

Interesting area you selected, Lehigh Acres a far cry from the Garden State.

Hot neighborhoods like Astoria, LIC, and Forest Hills, Kew Gardens and Glendale will continue to go up imo.

And located at the Hilton Garden Inn (4155 S Nature Center Way).
