But here is a bit of what I want:- Real estate income to supplement what I love doing (Sound, music, etc) to give me more freedom to travel and pursue projects I want to do.- I want to build my own studio, and a duplex, on a gorgeous lot here in the mountains of Montana.

I've spoken to many successful rehab investors in my neighborhood and most started as agents/brokers and than began supplementing their income with rehabs and buy and holds.

Learn as much as you can yourself and supplement with coaching courses and mentorships I was just a little turned off by you asking in the first post how much he would pay you to learn that.
