This is especially true when you are displaying data to the public (i.e. every sees the same output.)Don't poll for changes.

Looks like I will have to sell  the property and buy it somewhere next to a lake.Thanks for the input You were breaking the rules and your neighbors were ignoring your bad behavior.

My question is; is it frowned upon to work with more than one realtor or is this normal behavior in the real estate world? 

@Todd Dexheimer I agree that is the case, but will people be adjusting their behavior because of one incidence of this unique pandemic?

@Joshua SolomonI've seen some good virtual showing software being displayed on redfin but they don't just exclusively use that.

I'm not sure what a landlord can do with a "packrat" tenant (except possibly not renew the lease when the time comes) but monitoring her behavior may help. 

They're pretty similar, just displays the info a little differently.
