And I don't want to encourage them to push out their deadlines so that they can beat them easily and think they're getting a bonus.I will, however, throw in a $500 bonus every now and then if I think they did a good job and I had some luck with not having any unforeseen items pop up.Ultimately, the bonus is more about the gesture that its not just about the numbers to me.

Other entities get 1099s for both 2010 and 2011 tax years.The deadline to send a 1099 is always last day of January in the calendar year that follows end of the tax year being reported (if last day falls on weekend or holiday, then usually it will be a day in February for the deadline).

I have to approve the color, I put in writing exactly what walls they are allowed to paint, I set a deadline for completion (I don't want to discover a half-painted wall six months later) and I inspect to ensure it's done properly.

They are free and you know they will stand up in court as they are made and approved by the state board.Here is all the approved contracts to purchase for a broker in CO: HEREHere is the main website ran by The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies that I used to find the google drive with the purchase contracts.When using the CO contract on line 25 of the Dates and Deadlines section make sure you put the date out far enough so you can object and use the exit clause if you don't find a buyer.I have never purchased property in CO but was able to find this info with about 3 minutes in a google search.
