One of them is bound to be in your area.Join these groups in the markets where you own and operate your STRs so you can ask for LOCAL recommendations (handymen, cleaners, contractors, etc.), get advice on LOCAL ordinances and regulations, and network with other hosts who own property in your area.  

I've looked at this area pretty heavily and success can be had folks are looking for more of a rustic rental in these area and because its more out of the way it becomes harder to find good cleaners and handymen.

My goal is to get the property up and running as fast as possible and because I am setting it all up myself, I don't want to waste time waiting for items to arrive or driving around looking for items to furnish with.In combination with that, I would start building your local team and looking for cleaners.

So @Frank DiGiorgio, what you need is a good cleaner.

Value estimate of only $85 on a $135 PP sounds like a turkey operator took someone to the cleaners...  

There could also be certain windows of time open for contractors and cleaners to have entry.

It would be much cleaner (if you’re going to keep the house in your name) to have the tenants sign new leases with your names rather than the LLC, and shop around for an umbrella policy if you want to rest a bit easier at night.

Its a lot cleaner to have one policy responding to a liability situation.  

This is just cleaner than a Sub-2 or a Contract For Deed arrangement.Be sure to check TN. laws concerning options and installment contracts on a residence.If you had lived in the property before selling you wouldn't have many of the concerns with seller financing under the Safe Act ...

I want enough room for night stands and I want it to be easy for cleaners to get in and make the bed.
