A Christmas card from "your friends at Investment, LLC" might as well be spam.

Are they just spam calling a huge area, hoping to find a lead?

I mark them as spam as soon as they come in.And I would guess they messaged first asking if the dates are available even though they clearly are.

Yeah, auctions in my opinion can be a little bit of a gamble and you only get the deals when someone doesn't show up to outbid you so you aren't controlling your lead flow.

If you go to the "Network" tab at the top ofthe screen, you can type in "Huntsville, AL".From there, you can connect with people in your localmarket.Just remember, don't spam anyone as that is against community guidelines.Hope this helps!
