@Mike V.Those "bookings" are me blocking it off for my knitting retreat (which I'm charging people for) and my Girls' Spa Weekend (which I'm charging people for). 

I own the yoga studio where my wife teaches and that is her focus.

We do not qualify for the "for work" filter (our strict cancellation policy dis-allows us), but one of our quickest growing segments of renters is corporate bookings -- we get a lot of weekday bookings for corporate retreats, sales off-sites, exec planning sessions, etc. despite not showing in this filter.     

I have been doing yoga maybe 4 nights a week and trying to meditate more because (surprise!)

I have a few business I rent to (Art Gallery, Yoga studio, etc). 

I'm willing to give them until jan 1 to enact the new policies and rates, but I know I'm being met with high resistance, and I fear they'll keep retreating back to "this wasn't how we used to do it"..
