Even if its "post job", if there were workers there recently, I would call the supervisor/contractor to tell them what was found......chance are they know who it was....... if it was a "one man job", and there is no supervisor, then throw it in the trash and move onLikely nothing will come of it....but if I was the contractor, I would want to know if my guys are hitting the bottle on the job.....but then again, the contractor may have been the one doing the drinking......Lots of drunks and druggies in the constrcution business.....
