Hi all, I've been looking for about a week now in Los Angeles for an attorney who specializes in entity formation, with experience geared towards real estate.We are establishing a multi-member LLC as a parent company, with separate single-member LLCs (the single member being the parent) for each property, as a subsidiary held under the parent.

The value from airbnb isn't in the real estate (unless you convert the structure to a hotel).....airbnb is a business in and of itself and it's 100% geared toward customer service and experience.

Dave Ramsey's point of paying off all debt is geared towards people who are not very savy with money and get into trouble with debt.

Id suggest making some minor goals (not buying another house), but goals more geared towards getting the properties you have under control.

Seems like most here in the East Bay are geared toward SFR's and not investors.

I have changed gears into Multifamily and have been researching and gathering info for only 2 months.
