Unfortunately, everyone's needs and situations are very different.

But unfortunately those types of deals are not really available for a lot of real estate investors.  

I was wrong.The situation regarding data in FL is, unfortunately, not the same as other states.

That basically leaves you with investors and buyers with let's say special circumstances.

Yet somehow I did not have the lady taking the packages on camera (maybe she did not and it was weird set of circumstances with packages delivered to the wrong address).   

Unfortunately there's a lot of alarmist/scare tactics utilized to upsell these services that do nothing but generate revenues for those who are selling the service and often leave the clients with recurring expenditures i.e  annual maintenance costs.  

The seller's refusal on signing off on releasing those funds is their decision entirely and definitely unfortunate.  

We are closing on our first South Bend rental property next week, as our local market opportunities have become non-existant unfortunately.  

Unfortunately, I tend to agree that they really are not concerned with whether or not you have to cancel bookings. 

It will be delivered vacant, unfortunately I missed the clause in the contract where it says the sellers can live in the property for up to a week after closing so there will be a bit of an unexpected delay there.
