I currently work as a consultant, on a project that deals with a lot of risk assessment, identifying pain points for my client in areas of improvement, along with these types tasks, there is a lot of tracking and monitoring of multiple different requests that are going on at one time, as well as having to manage my team and personal to ensure we are meeting all necessary suspenses.

Better than nothing, but it was so aggravating and painful.

Individuals who have experienced hurt haven't processed their pain or developed effective coping strategies.

Definitely was a pain not being able to transfer anything all week but I'm glad to hear it sounded like a one off.

Thing is this, they want multiple data to follow their trajectory, they think one indicator like inflation data is not sufficient to make cut decision, they are then waiting for the employment to collapse to start printing again as they want to make the pain in economy as long as possible.

That's the growing pain for those that aren't ready to compete in the STR space accordingly, but that's the advantage for those that know.

And while not foolproof, it should help limit some of the pain that goes into finding someone new. 

I used to service our notes personally but, with the SAFE act and the fact that servicing is a BIG pain in the butt anyhow, I am glad to shift this work out to others so that I can go out and do things that actually make me money!

The pain is real and likely to linger. - No one is building office of any sort right now, and net new supply will be low for some time. - Prices reflect this pain in office- Many high income earning millennials are, finally, moving to the suburbs.

@Arthur Neves, the risk on Tax Liens is almost null if you do good due diligence.The pain in the *** is doing the research which takes a lot of time, this is the reason we developed a tool to help us 😜
