I’m not sure why you’re unhappy with those of us pointing out fundamental flaws and offering alternatives to your legislative issues.

Is there a flaw with the current plan?

Since a full review is looking through more documentation it is possible that a full review would uncover a potential issue that would not be discovered during a limited review.  

Residential properties are valuated on comparable sales. period...again, another flaw with this calculator.

We also saw some flaws in the property (design and nondesirable) that some tenants coming through began pointing out.

Most banks get a Brokerage Price Opinion for what the property is worth and you have to show the hidden flaws in the arguement, hidden repairs, and dangers of the house and how difficult it will be to sell it.In all honesty this conversation can take a long time I had some training on it that was 10 hours long. 

This time I used Cozy.co background check service and it failed to uncover a prospective tenant's eviction and bankruptcy. 

Homes still can get sold in one weekend with multiple offers but any rental property that has a flaw or pricing will be skipped as there appears to be enough floating on the market.

In other words I'm coming across properties in my neighborhood and in my travels but I don't feel confident enough make offers or get them under contract but I let someone who is ready to know what I've uncovered.
