We are starting the process of dissolving our investment business (LLC) that has two partners.

Maybe have the principal bedroom with their own bath at 1500 per month and two other bedrooms that share a bath at 1300 per month each.

The LLC can sign an agreement with the debtor (mortgagor, that’s YOU) accepting liability for the debt, but that’s only between the two parties involved in the agreement.
