Recently, I was debating whether to lock in the mortgage rate for a single-family home we're purchasing in December, especially with rates spiking recently, or wait until after the next Fed meeting and election to be finalized.

I was considering pulling the trigger myself to be honest. 

Even then, if you've built up enough carry-forward losses, a nice capital gain may not trigger any taxes to be paid.

I have looked into HELCO and just dont know when the time is right to pull the trigger because of the rates. 

They have their own payment platform (you could use Stripe... or GuestyPay), they have their own dynamic pricing (you could use PriceLabs... or GuestyPricing), they have their own smart locks (you could use RemoteLock... or GuestyLocks), etc. 

We are in the Stock market, but those funds are for 15 years and out.We just ordered 200 new locks.
