I had an HVAC coil, light bulb and toilet handle replaced in my condo in the last 10 years.

A good freind of my just came out of the hospital and needed a walk in shower, something we do all the time has been delayed 2 weeks now because we couldn't find a shower pan and now decided to do custom, that's great and all but it double the price of the reno.

However, the downstairs bathroom has sewage coming up out of the toilet and all over the bathroom floor.

If your going into it as just a way to make a buck, with no real passion, then every “problem” will be overwhelming, you’ll be “clock watching” waiting to take a vacation, and dealing with “tenants, toilets and banks” will be a tedious chore.

No, Open blinds, get lighting set, close toilet lids, use wide angle setting and snap 2,3,4 photos, to later edit for which is BEST.     

It does not need alot of work but a toilet is missing. 

She stayed 6 years & when she left we also found that she had upgraded all the outlet covers, toilets, lighting & all faucets at her expense.
