The Forums are not some 'magic pill' that solves problems, but it can be part of a balanced diet of real estate information :-)To me the biggest benefit of the Pro is unlimited use of the calculators ( I probably use 5-10 times a week at least).

Which is a hard pill to swallow, but if you take ownership of it, it certainly provides clarity. 

It can be a tough pill to swallow, but you have to spend money to make money.

All of the large companies I worked for would not allow leases to end during November-February.Sometimes the best route is to turn most of the building rather than one at a time because the bad attitudes and poison pills ruin the new people coming in and it is difficult to get quality renters and keep them with the bad renters causing problems.

A coach/mentor is not a magic pill, but they are a checks and balance, educator and someone that can hold your feet to the fire. 

@Greg Hansen Living in a place for 5 years, these tenured tenants see the place as their home, for obvious reasons, so you coming now and telling them to leave is a hard pill to swallow.
