If it was ripped like the one in the pic, no wonder why it didn't taste tender enough - too much muscle and not enough fat. 

Like the majority of the population in my age range I have committed my share of bone head financial moves dut to ignorance and stupidity of me knowing it all at the tender age of 18 because I thought I was invincible (like who listens to their parents in their teenage years...lol... like don't waste your money and save some for a rainy day...blah blah blah).

There are so many STRs that there is no longer any housing left for workers in the tourism industry (maids, servers, bar tenders, front desk staff, etc). 

I have only had 2 tenants (inherited - one bar tender and one mechanic) out of 21 total tenants who told me they could only make a partial rental payment for May, but also promised to make it up once they got back on their feet.
