@Jay Hinrichs yea the fact they were promoting commercial as a gold nugget I thought was strange because I know commercial can take forever to sell.

After the fact, you identified red flags and now understand why someone promoting on BP is no different than someone posting on other social media pages...it shouldn't automatically lend credibility to the company simply because they pay to promote themselves on BP.

Will protect the higher cash equity as its money out of pocket.. and the equity is more real or tangible its not phantom. 

As a value add and providing a tangible service to assist them managing arguably their most prized asset.Now that's your starting point as you enter a new market.

And some of the guys he promotes are just as bad.
