Looking for someone who can do small bathroonm tile jobs, intall shower enclosure, repair gutters and fences etc?

My partner wants to just get rid of the tub all together and put in a shower enclosure to make it less cramped and hopefully avoid the shower-curtain-not-closed water flooding issues that come with a tub like that.

Hello Investors - fixing and flipping (haven't done this in a few years) and looking for recommendatios on where to buy kitchen cabinets, appliances, bathroom tub enclosures, etc. in the Phila area.

All the other stuff, drywall, insulation, shower enclosures, paint supplies I would have no clue as to what to order. 

Purchase price: $135,000 Cash invested: $35,080 Sale price: $230,000 During this rehab we replaced the central a/c, created a Master Bedroom with an enclosure to the Great Room, changed all lighting fixtures, replaced all broken glass, painted full interior, fixed all issues with wiring, countertops, backsplashes, appliances, sinks, faucets, vanities, as well as floating laminate wood throughout except for the Laundry Room, Kitchen, & Bathrooms.

A full bath remodel complete with new vanity, new toilet, new tub, new glass tub enclosure, new tile on walls of tub, etc runs $2,500 per bathroom.

And with windows in both enclosures you'll have to go back with tile since you aren't going to find a surround to fit.

Washer dryer hookups in the garage (tenant provides their own machines), water heater either in the garage or in a water heater enclosure in the side yard.2.

I have THOROUGHLY researched this topic and there is absolutely nothing on how previous smoke ( IN AN ENCLOSURE/ IE A HOUSE)  is toxic or is not toxic, and i find it a far reach for you to say its not a known health hazard having done zero research  

The laundry hookups for the place were outside (well, I put them outside) and it just needed a little enclosure built.
