Not at all.... the rent is based on the market rate, so if the units are all different...size/location/lay out/age etc etc... they would have different markets rates.

If you compare ADU addition with any larger development effort , either in size of unit or number of units, the return is greater because building single small unit is the most expensive residential development.

Depends on the size of the job, but I am a big fan of a draw schedule where the first draw is after the demo phase. 

And I don't think it was a very serious offer, it came up in a conversation about selling my team, which is absolutely not on the table. 

If any of those are missing, well you've only got a 2 legged table and it's going to be issues. 

There have been times when a filter was delayed or a resident receives the incorrect size. 

Not enough people to generate the demand to sell enough houses for that size property and not enough people for a factory or something to come to because they wouldn't be able to get enough employees from the surrounding areas.Is that a good hunting area?
