I applaud the efforts of others but I don't feel the need to supply a bunch of snacks, especially with a larger home where I would have to leave a lot for everyone.

Just the economics of this market show there is room for prices to continue to rise - supply and demand.

End of the day the fed wants to shrink the money supply and wiping out deals like this is one way they get it done.

If that supply exceeds demand, you'll see prices soften, which will cause even more concern.

With supply constraints and dropping interest rates, more activity will increase demand for this type of property. 

We are still dealing with national supply chain issues on certain materials which has driven up the cost of almost everything.

There are markets where the supply of amazing homes replete with every amenity is significant, and if you’re in one of those markets, then you relying on a great view (that most everybody has) is not enough.

Not saying its a bad deal based on loan terms because it might make sense just know as an LP what you are getting into.Market Type & Competition:Determine if the property is in a primary, secondary, or tertiary market.Evaluate supply and demand, focusing on new inventory coming online in primary and secondary markets versus more stable tertiary markets.
