It's almost a slam dunk the money was being mishandled or outright stolen by either the previous property management company or the president.I would like to note that neither the president nor property management company can tell you you can't have a board seat.

All the copper has been stolen from the property as well as front and back doors and condenser from HVAC unit.

If its gone bad or stolen in one area I bet it might not be much longer for other to have it so better to have asphalts 

@Jason BottThat is the sort of info that cheers me up. thanks for making me realize that. the quote from State farm has a $1000 deductible. i didn't have receipts or serial numbers of the computers stolen so i wasn't too hopeful of seeing complete reimbursement. 

I have seen their generosity, their time, and their wide-eyed optimism being stolen from them.  

If this area appreciates 50% in 3-5 years, you will have "stolen" the property; if prices collapse, or the gentrification never comes, you will have overpaid based solely on the value of the property as property.

If they have stolen from you once, they will do it again.
