I recently came across a property on Gatsby Investments and I'm wondering if anyone has had a bad experience investing with them and if it is reputable company. 

My rental still does not have many responses as listed by my current Property management company .

-  Real estate brokerage, mortgage brokerage, lending institution, property management company, wholesaler, or any other type real estate business?

Either scenario should be closed via a reputable title company which will turn up any issues. 

But please verify the QI status & reviews before even considering 1031 with the company.

Gino if I was betting that is what I would bet on.. also many students will put these in CC then try to get the CC card company to reverse it.. sometimes the CC card company will do that. 

Once you do, you'll have people who'll be able to refer you to the right companies.

I think BRRRR would be quite challenging as a first deal in an out of state market, but that is just my opinion.
