There was a group trying to take legal action for the Cosmos project, I'm sure a similar group will start up for this project as well.I have a family member who had a unit, I still haven't spoken to him though.

He said startup costs (certification, etc.) are around $500, you need to carry at least 15K in insurance (his recommendation), and you should register with the NNA and RotaryNotary.

I've seen alot of companies who put together packet's to start up a work-at-home kit, i could find the notes, but i don't know where or who to go to , to get them cashed out for a would- be client.

Look closely at the lake house numbers, in my STR experience, the start up and ongoing costs were higher than expected to maintain quality.The question of acquiring more investment property or paying down debt is definitely a personal choice, and depends on your current income and other factors.
