I would say that is not a great way to start.

Back when I started selling foreclosures, the REO (real estate owned) inventory was crazy high.

My team and I are about to start a high density apartment entitlement/development project in Salt Lake City's new Power District.

I am 18 years old and I am very interested in CRE Investing and I need some advice on how to get started and if there is any videos that can help me get started.

Dont start with a large project.  

As with most people starting out - having the 20%-30% equity to put in the deal is the challenge. 

I started investing here in 2016 so it's been 8-9 years for me.
