At least they were not likely smoking in your property if you saw them smoking on the porch.I would just wait till they leave and inspect the property at this point.If no damage I'd just move on and not let it bother me.Focus on trying to get a 5 star review.

This place has been almost 100% booked since.I'm well over 200 reviews with an average rating of 4.99 stars.

I'd like to provide a review on the download link for you , but I don't see how to do anything other than rate on the star system.

I have seen this a few times now.I have also seen properties with 3 to 3.5 star ratings, rank ahead of my properties which have years worth of 5 star reviews.  

It's one of those, "if all the stars, planets, AND moon particles align" type scenarios which is unlikely at best.
