Hello All, Monday night i went to a RE investing meeting and one of the speakers brought up something i had never heard of before, i know a little about HELOC's, just never used one before... but this idea he brought up just seemed way to good to work..

If you attended a seminar to learn about REI and the speaker said squat about the difficult of being a landlord as he enthusiastically pitched the notion that running rentals was the Very Best Way to build passive income...yeah, that's how to goes with REI seminars.5.

@Darren Sager hosts great meetups (complete with industry leading guest speakers) in Manhattan.

There is also a fantastic networking group in Chicago that does monthly events with panel speakers and all kinds of great intel spanning a variety of topic matters that change each time.

I guess you could say that I am partially self-insured.The real estate rental business is great and very profitable - the problem for start-up investors who are eager to learn listen to seminar speakers giving poor advice.

Nowhere have I met that many Spanish speakers--I only speak Mandarin Chinese.

I think it is important when listening to podcasts hosts and guests to look for the speaker to speak in-depth about the acquisition process and other such particulars.
