Now that people are starting to socialize again and this city is opening back up soon, I would imagine that many renters and visitors will be coming back to SF in the next year or two.

I'm hoping to start some social media campaigns which are completely unrelated to real estate, but if I build up a sizeable audience over the years, then maybe I can get others to invest with me.

I am getting a lot of 'beginner friendly real estate guides/partners' gurus on instagram sending me messages.. 

As someone who had a parent pass away and had a family member getting blasted with text messages with offers to buy their home after this - I can see also the side of it that is "leave them alone".

If you are comfortable messaging me the agent you have worked with I may reach out to them rather than cold calling their office.  

Trust me, everyone is going to point the finger at someone else, and if you get involved likely the finger will be pointed at you by both parties.Send the message and let them know that this behavior past a certain time is not allowed and obnoxious before at anytime of the day violates the tenants rights. 

I wanted to drop this message in the hopes that I get your attention and we can get on a call. 

Problem with Zillow and FB is they have this annoying "1-click reply" where people can just click on your ad without reading it and you get an automated message "Joe is interested in your apartment at 123 Main St."
