Although I am new to this I have been fortunate and blessed to have played in the NFL and now be afforded the free time to research, read books, audiobooks and attend seminars you name it I have tried to get my nose in it.

Any idiot that would read an advertisement for a property for sale will assume the owner is advertising, if it isn't that owner who holds legal title to convey, then that is a false and misleading representation, just as clear as the nose on anyone's face!

I know you might say I have gone nose blind to it, but that isn't true either.
