I love to travel, try new things, and experience new cultures. 

My goal is to be financially free, travel the world, have no debt or college loans.

I am considering converting the basement by installing an egress window, which would cost around $7,000, and adding wired smoke alarms.

However, I’ve noticed that larger homes (3-4 bedrooms) tend to have difficulty renting as MTRs since most MTR tenants in our area are traveling healthcare professionals, typically renting solo or with one other person.

I've stayed in places like this myself before while traveling but back then I never looked at what the market was like in those places.

Smoke and carbon monoxoide detectors & fire extinguisher. 

It would be good if traveling with pets required number and type but that is just nice to have.
